Floor Plan Pro includes a dedicated human technician with a CAD tablet on site.  It's guaranteed accuracy. Floor Plan Basic uses data gathered from and is only available with our Matterport 3D service. $75 flat rate. ($35 in a bundle). Good for condos and the like.

We are very loyal to clients that are loyal to us. We repay that loyalty in dedication and value added service and for certain groups there may be some deal made.
